Job Title: Sales Executive 

Department: Sales and Marketing

Duty Station: Kampala

Job summary

To manage relationships with both current and potential customers in a way that enables the firm to achieve the set sales objectives.

Duties

  1. Answer customer phone calls and respond to their requests.
  2. Provide customers with information about the services of the firm.
  3. Transfer current customer calls to appropriate staff.
  4. Manage and Update Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
  5. Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues using the official procedures.
  6. Follow-up on current and potential customers and update system
  7. Compile regular reports about issues raised by customers
  8. Recommend customer care process improvements.
  9. Check daily, weekly and monthly sales trend and act accordingly.
  10. Other duties as assigned

Person Specification

Qualification

  1. A Degree in Business Administration/Marketing
  2. A Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field of study
  3. A Bachelors Degree in ICT
  4. Possession of A Certificate in Customer care will be considered as an added advantage

Experience

At least one year of sales experience in a corporate environment

Other Requirements

  1. Should possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  2. Should be computer literate (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn customer relationship management software applications.
  3. Should have Professional verbal and written communication skills
  4. Good listening skills and phone etiquette
  5. Should be proficient in local languages

 

(2) Systems Administrator Job Description and specifications

Job Title: Systems Administrator 

Department: IT

Reports to: General Manager

Duty Station: Kampala

Job summary

The Systems administrator must have a keen understanding of the technological and organizational needs of the company. They must also stay up-to-date with current and emerging technology and computing trends.

Duties

  1. Hardware and software installation and upgrades.
  2. Creating and updating the database.
  3. Managing company’s systems and improving them.
  4. Development of private internet and public Internet sites.
  5. Digital security.
  6. Evaluating the functionality of systems
  7. Keeping up to date with new technology
  8.  Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation
  9. Contribute to the company’s online marketing activities.
  10. Managing existing and create new systems.
  11. Other duties as assigned

Qualification

  1. A Bachelors Degree in ICT/IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Science

Experience

At least one year of IT experience in a corporate environment
