Front Desk Administrator Job Description
We are searching for someone who is a superb multi-tasker with good communication skills and a positive mindset. Candidates should be able to help management and all visitors to the school by doing office work, giving polite and professional help by phone or email, and being a helpful and pleasant presence in the workplace.
Front desk administrators must exhibit professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail while still maintaining accuracy in order to be successful. They should be prepared and responsive at all times, and they should be willing to face each obstacle head on. A front desk administrator must be familiar with computers and regular office activities, as well as be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Most important, a front desk administrator should be able to help others meet their needs.
Front Desk Administrator Responsibilities:
Keeping in touch with and communicating with students
Updating the student timetable
Remind students about fees
Setting time for examinations and making testimonials
Making files for new students and Assigning students to teachers
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Making Lesson programs for students and making sure that students are attended to in time by their respective teachers.
Timing Lessons duration
Giving information to People/clients (New and Old
Monitoring students’ practice
Reminding students about coursework papers.
Receiving money and making receipts for students/clients
Updating the director’s file.
Making the Director’s timetable.
Supervising and monitoring the school and the janitors.
Monitoring the security of the equipment
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Answer questions and address complaints
The front desk administrator must be a female between the ages of 20 and 35.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Prior experience as a front desk administrator or in a related field.
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Excel.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Multilingualism is a plus
