Refund Policy
Fees paid for music training or studio services are non-transferred to another person other than the person who has been registered by the company.
Training services cannot be cancelled for a refund to be issued. Students who drop their respective courses or officially withdraw will forego the fees paid.
No refund will be made to a customer in case one’s training services have been suspended or terminated
Refunds may apply to specific terms and conditions agreed upon or notified before the Policy and Procedures are signed by the customer
In case a client believes one is eligible to a refund, one should submit a written request to the administrator through which channel a reply will be addressed after consultation from the General Manager.
Refund policies are subjected to change at any time under the approval of the Board of Directors.
