IT Personnel Job Description
We are searching for someone who is a superb multi-tasker with good communication skills and a positive mindset. An IT Personnel has a role of ensuring that the company computer resources are efficiently utilised and properly handled by the students.
IT Personnel Responsibilities:
- Makes certain that the school’s computer labs are always fit for usage. This covers the condition of the computer facilities as well as their constant accessibility.
- Oversees what school students do in the computer labs. He or she makes sure everyone is completing their assignments given by the laws and policies that govern the school.
- Ensures all students to use the computer equipment in the computer lab safely. This can be done by making sure that all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are rigorously followed.
- Every morning, he checks the computer to make sure it is in good working order. The cable and wireless connections are also thoroughly examined.
- He/she makes sure that any damage is rectified or corrected as quickly as feasible in order to prevent subsequent issues.
- Maintain accurate records of every day activity in the computer laboratories for adequate documentation and accountability.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- He or she must possess prior experience working in an administrative capacity and exhibit strong administrative abilities. An advantage is having a strong track record in the administrative role.
- In addition, he or she needs to have some computer literacy. He or she needs to be able to calmly resolve some computer-related technical problems.
- He or she needs to have extensive computer networking knowledge. In computer labs, networking is necessary since every computer must be connected to the server or main computer.
- He or she must be intelligent, skilled, and not frightened.
- He or she needs to be able to work with different types of software.
- He or she must have managerial abilities and be a superb organiser.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- When speaking with individuals, he or she must be courteous and considerate. In other words, he or she needs to be a skilled communicator.
- Additionally, he or she must be quick to make decisions and have excellent listening abilities.
- He or she must be skilled at concentrating on the necessary subject matter while working under pressure.
- For greater productivity, he or she must be able to work with the resources that are accessible.
- He or she must make thoughtful decisions. That is the capability of coming to significant conclusions quickly.
- He or she must possess the capacity to preserve a solid working relationship as well as great interpersonal and communication abilities.
- He or she must be exceptionally skilled at finding technical solutions quickly.
